The
annual association meeting will be held on March 11th at the Maritime
Grill on Rt. 1 in Guilford (it’s the same place as last year).
Click
here for directions. Cocktails (cash bar) from 6:00-7:00 with dinner
to follow and then the business meeting. $24.00 per person.
This meeting is very important as the board of directors terms are expiring. The association cannot function without these positions filled and there’s a lot to be done. Nominations for President, Treasurer and Secretary need to be submitted and will be voted on at the meeting.
One Governor position will come open as well. This position is great for someone who is looking to get involved and it carries a two year term. Nominations can be submitted in advance by filling out the form that was dropped in your mailbox. You do not need to attend the meeting to nominate someone.
An agenda
will be compiled for the meeting and goals will be set for the coming
